Position Overview:
Kenyon International is currently recruiting reliable and experienced Inventory Personnel to manage both warehouse and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, organizing storage areas, maintaining accurate records, and supporting logistics and procurement activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
▪ Receive, inspect, and document in-bound and out-bound materials and equipment.

▪ Maintain organized and secure storage of inventory within the warehouse.

▪ Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits, reconciling any discrepancies.

▪ Maintain updated records of stock movements using inventory tracking tools.

▪ Work together with management to ensure timely stock replenishment.

▪ Prepare and submit accurate inventory and warehouse activity reports.

▪ Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt delivery of items.

▪ Tag and document all tools, assets, and consumables accordingly.

▪ Enforce best practices in inventory control and warehouse safety procedures.

▪ Assist with the coordination of deliveries, dispatches, and warehouse space management.

▪ Support internal and external audits with necessary inventory documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

▪ B.Sc./HND in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

▪ Experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in an oil and gas or industrial environment.

▪Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, SAGE, or similar ERP systems).

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking tools.

▪ Strong organizational and documentation skills.

▪ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

▪ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

▪ Knowledgeable with HSE practices related to warehousing and material handling.
